Announcement regarding fusion failures During EA and until the bugs have been worked out, the "burnt" NFTs involved in fusion are being sent to a wallet under the team's control. This will change to a true burn address as the bugs are fixed. This is intentional, and is to prevent the loss of NFTs due to any issues with the game or contracts. If you have a failed fusion, please message me with proof that you have had a failed fusion, including UID, screenshots/video, what NFT you burnt, and your wallet address.

We made the decision to gift Vex with the intention of providing a bonus to holders of Gen 1 eggs. Vex, a champion of the Exotic category, currently stands alone as the only champion with two evolution stages, with the second evolution reaching Legendary status. His base stats exceed those of other Stage One champions. Besides the starters, every other Champion will be an NFT. The team has built a system that allows for instant updates to both stats and metadata of NFTs, which will be reflected on platforms like OpenSea. ✏️Can we play with chaos Champions in the early release? In the early release, there will be rare occasions where players can obtain chaos Champions. These versions are generally stronger and rarer than their non-chaos counterparts. Once the game fully launches, players will be able to use chaos Champions throughout the game, including Early Access. ✏️Why was the land sold at that particular date instead of waiting? It seems to have affected the token price negatively. The land was sold at that specific time because it was required for the minting of new NFTs. The team wanted to complete the sale before the Early Access (EA) phase and provide a buffer period to build hype and attract more players. Some community members sold tokens to buy land, impacting the token price. ✏️Can we trade NFTs on OpenSea before the Early Access? Currently, players can only trade their Champions after the official launch of Early Access. Trading on OpenSea will be available once the EA is released. ✏️What type of marketing will be done outside of Waypoint marketing, and can it be focused more on the token and ecosystem? The team is exploring various marketing options beyond Waypoint and is open to considering viable alternatives. They have laid the foundation for partnerships during the land sale and may continue to pursue them. After the land sale, the team's focus has shifted to building marketing for the token and growing the ecosystem around the game. ✏️Will the trailer be released soon or exclusively with Epic Games? The trailer will be released in conjunction with the start of the marketing campaign for the Early Access release. While it will be used to promote the EA release on Epic, it will be part of the overall marketing campaign. ✏️Why is the team not taking opportunities to conduct buybacks and burns when the spread between Matic and Champ is favorable? The team actively monitors Matic's price to identify opportunities for buybacks and burns. In February, they bought and burned 1 million champ tokens. The team is still monitoring the price and will announce when such actions will take place. ✏️Will we need Matic in-game for gas, or will Champ be the only thing needed for transactions? A small amount of Matic is required for gas in addition to Champ. For example, buying champions from the marketplace will require a small amount of Matic. ✏️The white paper mentions a newsletter registration link, but I haven't received any newsletters. What's the plan? The team is aware of the newsletter and has a substantial number of subscribers. Leading up to the game's release, the team plans to leverage the newsletter, and subscribers can expect to receive newsletters as the game release approaches. ✏️Does the team have a roadmap for holiday-themed events and promotions? Yes, the team has a roadmap that includes holiday-themed events tied to specific seasons and live events. There are certain regulations that the game and the studio need to work on, so it's being looked at from a legal perspective. There won't be a fiat option during EA, but it may be an option in the future. ✏️Will there be non-NFT versions of NFT champions? No, there will not be separate versions. If there is an NFT version of a champion that exists, there will not be a non-NFT version to avoid devaluing existing NFTs. ✏️How do solar lands vary from one another and what are the variables?
